Order Processing and Changes
Once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment partners. We cannot accommodate changes to orders or shipping addresses after they are submitted. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address all before completing your purchase.
Product Availability
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including shipping destination, package weight, and current carrier rates. Any applicable shipping discounts will be reflected at checkout. Please note that shipping rates may vary due to changes in carrier pricing and other factors outside of our control.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package), the item will be restocked, and a refund will be issued. However, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Shipping Delays
All shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, including undeliverable, returned, or canceled orders.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refunds are available for regular-priced merchandise that is unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date that tracking indicates your order was delivered.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
